niemand es ist ein intel wlan und hat bis jetzt ootb funktioniert… ich werds mal mit rfkill probieren

    Ansonsten wie niemand sagte, ins Boot-Journal schauen, ob und wenn nicht warum wlan0 ggf. nicht als Device funktioniert.
    Ggf. dieses auf einen Pastebin-Server stellen.

    ip link sollte den Zustand des wlan0 Devices zumindest zeigen.
    Welcher Kernel? Archlinux oder dieses CachyOS ?

    im journal finden sich nichts von wlan0, noch von ẁlp.
    linux-firmware ist installiert…

    allerdings, beim einrichten wollte ich die /etc/sudoers mit visudo editieren, und da lief scheinbar was schief.

      Ich würde bei allen den kernel und die firmware betreffenden Pakete und bei iwd sicherstellen, dass sie entweder von Cachy oder von Arch sind. Deine Paketliste sieht für mich an der Stelle nach Mischmasch aus beiden Distributionen aus. Und iwd bezieht viele seiner Resourcen direkt aus dem kernel.

      P.S.:
      Eventuell benötigst du auch pacman von CachyOs siehe https://wiki.cachyos.org/features/optimized_repos/ und eventuell lohnt sich auch der kernel-manager https://wiki.cachyos.org/features/kernel_manager/ zum weiteren Probieren.


      Und ein Anfang für Hilfswillige wäre sicher:

      a) Vom Livesystem

                Dir fehlt die Firmware für deinen WiFi-Controller. Nebst anderen Teilen, die ohne Firmware nicht vernünftig laufen bzw. Kerneltraps auslösen:

                Deswegen wohl auch die zwei Kerneltraps bzgl i915.

                //Edit: Soundkarte dürfte genauso betroffen sein, wohl ebenfalls ein Trap.

                Dein getty auf tty1 startet nicht richtig, der powertop Service findet kein powertop Binary. Alles in allem IMHO: eine sehr vermurkste Installation.

                Du mußt für dein Linux-Derivat und dessen Kernel ein passendes Firmware-Paket finden -> CachyOS.org //Edit: deren Wiki oder Repositorien.
                //Edit: Wenn es ganz dumm kommt, ist dieser Kernel so compiliert, daß keine Firmware geladen werden darf.

                Bei Archlinux passen z.B. Standard, LTS- und Zen-Kernelimages zum linux-firmware Paket. Bei deinem OS mußt du dich halt schlau machen, was für deren Kernel zur Verfügung steht.

                  das stimmt, ich hatte leider nur linux-firmware-whenceinstalliert, ohne linux-firmwarefunktionierts nicht
