Der mc kommt bei mir immer immer drauf, direkt nach base.

An Desktops kann ich auf zim nicht mehr verzichten (bisher habe ich jeden der Notizen gerne in Textdateien verwaltet davon überzeugen können)

vim und ruby zum Skripterstellen, Automatisieren, Spaß haben.

mpv für Videos. i3wm als Windowmanager.

Minimales Gnome, Filezilla, Firefox, Thunderbird, JDownloader, Telegram-Desktop, MPV und der Rest sind dann nur die notwendigen Abhängigkeiten :-D

Ich frage mich, was dieser Thread soll… Das ist doch unglaublich individuell! Ich könnte jetzt auch alle Werkzeuge und Programme auflisten, auf die ich nicht verzichten kann und welche mich komplett hier auf Linux gefangenhalten (wobei MacOS dank z.B. brew auch fast alles erlaubt, ich nutze z.B. tatsächlich ranger als Dateimanager anstelle von Finder)

Schau, dass du dir über die Zeit eine Sammlung an Werkzeugen erstellst, die du wirklich brauchen kannst, die dir das Leben vereinfachen. Darum geht es ja in erster Linie. Übersichten über Programmalternativen usw. gibt es im Wiki.
