bei mir ist "Pfeil Taste nach oben" jetzt Drucken und Drucken Super L ? Der nvidia manager funktioniert auch nicht mehr 🙁

Hallo,

ich hatte bisher schon seit Monaten den xserver und die catalyst-Sachen aus dem testing, und alles lief perfekt... Wo ist bei diesem update der Grund dafür, dass die Tastatur auf einmal wieder usa war?Und wieso muss man das jetzt auf einmal bei hal geradebiegen, ich habe doch meine xorg.conf, wo all sowas drinsteht, aber womit es nicht mehr funktioniert?!

Desweiteren tut mein Touchpad nicht mehr richtig, soll heißen, die Geschwindigkeit ist extrem langsam, und die scrollbereiche tun auch nicht mehr. Die Lösung, die am Anfang dieses Threads gepostet wurde, tut bei mir nichts zur Sache. (läuft eigentlich mit synaptics)...

Hallo,

das mit dem Tastaturlayout und so war dank eurer Hilfe nicht besonders schwer - problematisch ist bei mir nur: ich habe eine Intel X3100 und benutze über einen extended Desktop 2 monitore. Die auflösung von 2960x1050 wird auch korrekt angezeigt nur kann ich meine fenster nicht ganz über den zweiten monitor bewegen, d.h. ab 1/3 beim externen monitor bleiben sie wie an einer grenze hängen. Ich benutze XFCE. Vielleicht kann mir jemand einen Anhaltspunkt geben, warum es nicht geht?

bei mir funktioniert auch noch nicht alles so wie es soll! Tastatur und Maus hab ich hinbekommen, allerdings will das Touchpad noch nicht so wie es soll!

So, hat alles soweit geklappt. Zwei minimale Sachen sind mir aufgefallen:

1. Slim wird nicht mehr korrekt dargestellt (halb eingeschwärzt). Ich schreib evtl. in den Slim-Bugtracker, falls die sowas haben.

2. Mausbewegungen sind beim Synaptics-Touchpad stark verlangsamt, aber es sind alle Funktionen verfügbar (inklusive dem Zwei-Finger-Scrollen).

PS.: Ist es überhaupt sinnvoll, die alte xorg.conf zu behalten, o. einfach alles (jetzt Überflüssige?!) zu entfernen?

Ohne xorg.conf hat der Synaptics-Zeiger wieder seine alte Geschwindigkeit u. alles erscheint subjektiv etwas performanter. 😉

Wessen xorg.conf vorher funktioniert hat, es zwar jetzt immernoch tut aber die Tastatur und Maus komische Sachen machen, sollte mal folgendes Probieren:

Mit dem X3100 hab ich auch Probleme (hatte ich ehrlich gesagt schon die ganze Zeit). Das Ding macht manchmal einfach nicht was es soll und die 3D Leistung ist ne mittlere Katastrophe. Naja im Moment wird da irgendwie die Beschleunigungsarchitektur umgebaut. Wird noch eine Weile dauern, bis der endlich mal richtig läuft.

Danke für den Hinweis, aber mit diesen Einträgen, u. einigen Varianten, schicke ich mein X endgültig ins Nirvana. Ich habe trotzdem meine alte xorg.conf wieder aktiviert u. schau mal ob es noch eine andere Lösung gibt.

Hey ich habe auch das Problem das ich die Pfeiltasten nicht mehr nutzen kann.
Früher hatte ich ein spezielles thinkpad layout (weiß nicht mehr genau wie es hieß) man konnte es jedoch in kde3 noch auswählen. (hab grad kde4)

Momentan bringt es mir nichts "einfach" nur das deutsche layout zu aktivieren weil ich gerne hätte das alle tasten funktionieren... Könnt ihr mir helfen? danke

//Edit: Ich habe auch einen Thinkpad hier und keine Probleme unter X mit irgendwelchen Tasten.
Weder die Laptop-Tastatur(also ohne Win-Key) noch in der Docking-Station.
Allerdings kein KDE, aber da gibt es ja evtl. den erwähnten Tip.

Wie bekomme ich da Maus und Tastatur an meinem Laptop zum Laufen?

Ich glaube, dass das Problem mit den Pfeiltasten gelöst werden kann, indem gesagt wird, was für ein Tastaturlayout ihr habt. In meinem Fall pc105. Bevor ich das nicht in die fdi-Datei für HAL reingeschrieben hab, war bei mir Pfeil nach oben auch = Screenie machen, die Bild nach unten war bei mir die Menü-Taste. Dann pc105 angegeben (siehe 2. Post in diesem Thread) und alles war iO

Noch was: Viele schreiben hier, was sie für Probleme haben, aber sagen nicht, was für Schritte sie bisher unternommen haben. Macht es aber für die anderen schwierig, da zu helfen!
