wie das ganze zusammengebastelt wird, steht in der conkyrc_updates (letzte Zeile)
Zusätzlich trägst Du in /etc/cron.hourly noch folgendes ein
#!/bin/bash
/usr/bin/pacman -Sy
und speicherst das als z.B. sync-pacman (nicht vergessen die Datei ausführbar zu machen).
das perlscript ~/.conkyscripts/pacman-update ebenfalls ausführbar machen.
Das $HOME-Verzeichniss in den Dateien musst du natürlich anpassen.
