Guten Morgen,
ich habe das Problem, dass ich seit einem Systemupdate vor einigen Wochen keine Virtuelle Machine unter VMWare Workstation mehr laufen lassen kann. Ich sehe noch wie die VM bootet, dann ca. 3 bis 5 Sekunden später stirbt sowohl der VMWare als auch Gast komplett und VMWare ist einfach zu. Dazu habe ich danach bis zu einem Neustart von Gnome verschiedenste Probleme GUI Programme zu öffnen. Hier ist egal ob es sich um eine Windows VM oder eine Linux VM handelt. Auch die Deaktivierung von 3D für die Virtuelle Machine bringt keine Abhilfe.
In den Logs im Verzeichnis der Virtuellen Machine vmware.log sehe ich keine Fehlermeldung. Ich habe bereits vmware über paru -Rns deinstalliert und neu installiert, aber auch dies bringt mir keine Lösung.
Im Journal finde ich folgende Info:

This probably reflects a bug in the program.
