yt-dlp lädt mir immer das falsche format aus der ARD mediathek

ich möchte, daß mir yt-dlp das beste video, mit einer max. höhe von 720 und mit h264 codiert, lädt
zb: yt-dlp -f "bestvideo[height<=720][vcodec=h264]+bestaudio[ext=m4a]/best[ext=mp4]" "https://www.ardmediathek.de/video/story/die-broetchen-buerokratie/ard/Y3JpZDovL2Rhc2Vyc3RlLmRlL2FyZC1zdG9yeS8yMDI0LTAzLTI3XzIzLTA1LU1FWg"
was mache ich falsch, denns ergebnis passt nicht?

es sollte aber das geladen werden:

Du muss für die Option best auch die maximale Höhe angeben. Da yt-dlp für dieses Video kein Format mit Videocodec h264 und Audio-Extension m4a findet, wird auf die Option best ausgewichen.
