a) Nachschauen, ob die als existent angemeckerten Dateien nicht doch zu einem anderen Paket gehören (pacman -Qo <pfad/dateiname>). Wenigstens stichprobenartig, also so 1-3 Tests. Im Normalfall kommt diese Meldung eher als Hinweis für einen Fehler im Paket oder einen unmittelbaren Anwenderfehler, bei dir ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit größer daß es sich noch um "Restprobleme" des Crashes handelt.
Ich hatte wieder ein bisschen Zeit und habe mich ein wenig mit dem Rechner beschäftigen können.
Um das Ganze ein wenig zu üben habe ich das Backup wieder eingespielt um die drei Pakete nochmal richtig zu bearbeiten.
Ich habe einfach alle angemeckerten Dateien in einer Datei gespeichert. Per manuellem copy/paste, wusste mich hier nicht anders zu behelfen.
Die liegen jetzt bspw. für das Paket plasma-pa in der Datei plasma-pa-konfliktdateien mit folgendem Inhalt auszugsweise:

Diese Datei lese ich wie folgt ein und entferne den ersten Teil bis zum Slash, entferne dieses "existiert nicht im Dateisystem" und speicher sie wieder ab unter _mod:
grep -o '/[^"]*' plasma-pa_konfliktdateien | cut -d ' ' -f1 > plasma-pa_konfliktdateien_mod
Und mit dieser bereinigten Liste mache ich folgende Abfrage um auszuschließen, dass eine der Dateien genutzt wird:
pacman -Qo $(<plasma-pa_konfliktdateien_mod ) 2>&1 | grep -v "Fehler: Kein Paket besitzt"
bei leerer Ausgabe können die Dateien weg.
Für alle drei Pakete war es hier der Fall
