ich habe ein ping benutzen wollen. Dabei kommt das raus:
$ ping -c3 www.archlinux.de
ping: socket: Die Operation ist nicht erlaubt
oder
$ ping -c3 localhost
ping: socket: Die Operation ist nicht erlaubt
Da ich ping schon ewig nicht mehr benutzt habe, weiß ich nicht ab wann das Problem besteht.
Eine Feuerwand gibts nicht und das Netzwerk funktioniert auch.
Nachtrag:
In den manpages steht das drin:
SECURITY
ping requires CAP_NET_RAW capability to be executed 1) if the program is used for non-echo queries (See -N op‐
tion), or 2) if kernel does not support non-raw ICMP sockets, or 3) if the user is not allowed to create an ICMP
echo socket. The program may be used as set-uid root.
Muß ich jetzt ein set-uid setzen? Mach ich ja garnicht gerne. Zumal das wohl einen sehr guten Grund hat als User zu sperren.
