Moin zusammen,
ich habe mir sehr erfolgreich einen schönen kleinen HTPC mit Arch aufgesetzt, der per HDMI an meinen Fernseher angeschlossen ist. Funktioniert auch alles wunderbar, *außer*:
Wenn der PC eingeschaltet wird,
bevor der Fernseher eingeschaltet wird (also TV noch im standby), und ich dann nachträglich den TV anmache, sagt mir mein TV "Kein Signal". Wenn auf TTY1 wechsle, bekomme ich ein Bild und wenn ich dann X neustarte, geht er auch wieder. Das gleiche gilt übrigens, wenn der HTPC aus dem S3 aufwacht während der TV ausgeschaltet ist, auch dann "kein Signal".
Meine erste Vermutung war, dass der PC den Bildschirm irgendwie nicht erkennt, und daher der X autoconfig nicht durchführen kann. Daher habe ich, wie
hier beschrieben, eine /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-monitor.conf angelegt, in der das Ergebnis von Xorg -configure mit angepassten modelines ist. Leider ohne Erfolg, die Symptome sind die gleichen.

Bemerkenswert finde ich, die Zeile "[ 2.491] (II) intel(0): Printing probed modes for output HDMI2". Anscheinend erkennt er den TV ja schon, denn die erkannten Modelines machen Sinn.
