Festplatte bleibt nicht eingehängt

Hallo archlinux community,

zuerst mal: Ich bin totaler Anfänger und bitte daher um Geduld und darum dumme Fragen zu entschuldigen.

Ich hab folgendes Problem: In meinem PC habe ich eine Datenplatte, die nicht mehr eingehängt bleibt.
Ich kann sie zwar mounten, aber sie wird nach wenigen sekunden automatisch wieder ausgeworfen.

Ich habe unter anderem (im Rahmen der Fehleranalyse) folgendes probiert:

sudo mke2fs -n /dev/sdf1

heraus kam das hier:

mke2fs 1.42.12 (29-Aug-2014)
/dev/sdf1 hat ein ext4-Dateisystem mit Namen „WD01“
        zuletzt auf Thu Jan  1 15:16:57 2015
eingehängtTrotzdem fortfahren? (j,n) j
Die Ausrichtung von /dev/sdf1 ist um 512 Bytes versetzt.
Dies könnte in sehr schlechter Leistung resultieren. Eine Neupartitionierung
ist angeraten.
Ein Dateisystems mit 488378000 (4k) Blöcken und 122101760 Inodes wird erzeugt.
UUID des Dateisystems: dc087011-b66b-4ea2-911a-63047ef7513d
Superblock-Sicherungskopien gespeichert in den Blöcken: 
        32768, 98304, 163840, 229376, 294912, 819200, 884736, 1605632, 2654208, 
        4096000, 7962624, 11239424, 20480000, 23887872, 71663616, 78675968, 
        102400000, 214990848

Würde das Problem verschwinden wenn ich die Platte neu partitioniere?
Wenn ich die Daten auf der Platte mittels dd sichere, werden auch die Blöcke mit gesichert und wäre das ein Problem wenn ich die Daten nach der Neupartitionierung wieder zurück schreibe?

Noch etwas seltsames: Wenn ich meinen PC hoch fahre, ist die betroffene Platte /dev/sdb.
Jedesmal wenn ich diese platte aushänge und neu mounte, hat sie eine andere bezeichung und uuid.
Woran liegt das?

Du könntest mal dmesg oder journalctl nach Fehlermeldung durchsuchen bzw hier posten.
Es wird ja wohl einen bestimmten Grund geben warum das Teil von selbst ausgehängt wird.

Ist das eine Platte am USB Anschluss? Allerdings dürften dann die uuids sich nicht verändern. (Meines Wissens).

Die Geometrie der Platte sollte bei der Partitionierung schon beachtet werden. Eben wegen Performanceverluste.
Wenn möglich die Platte richtig neu Partitionieren. Vielleicht gleich mit GPT und gdisk?

dd stellt ein 1zu1 Abbild dar. Das heißt auch die Sektoren werden so übernommen. Mach erst mal das was oben geschrieben ist. Wenn der Fehler gefunden wurde und die Platte nicht mehr sich aushängt, dann kann man mit cp -a.. das ganze auf einen anderen Datenträger kopieren. Das ist dann kein 1zu1 Abbild des Datenträgers sondern wie eine übliche Datenkopie bzw. Sicherung.

Am sonsten: Die Platte läuft nicht über usb. Das ist eine interne....
Partionert habe ich die mit dem Partitionsmanager unter Kubuntu 14.04. Ich ging davon aus, der würde so was beachten, da da dort nirgendwo einzustellen geht. Ab jetzt werde ich mien Platen auf jeden fall manuell partitionieren.....

OK, ich hab jetzt mal einfach eine der Ausgaben gegoogelt und habe einen beitrag gefunden, in dem es heißt, dass dieses Problem von einem kaputten ATA kabel kommen kann. Ist das korrekt?

Ich hab das nur kurz überflogen. Wenn Kabeltauschen/reseaten oder die Platte an einen anderen Controller zu hängen nichts bringt würde ich sagen: Die stirbt gerade einfach.

Es ist ein Problem mit der Festplatte. Sofern es kein Hardwaredefekt ist, stimmen die Partitionsinformationen nicht. Neu partitionieren wird wohl Abhilfe schaffen. 😉

Ich behaupte mal da sind jedemenge Übertragungsfehler vom Mutterbrett zur Festplatte.
Tausch doch mal das Kabel Festplatte sdb aus. Oder auch mal einen anderen SATA Anschluss auf dem Mutterbrett benutzen.Oder ist das noch eine IDE Platte?
Wenn das eine IDE Platte ist, so achte unbedingt darauf, dass du ein Kabel benutzt das so ein sagen wir mal Feinripp Kabel ist. Da gibt es alte Kabel 40polig an 40pol Pfostenstecker und Kabel 80pol an 40pol Pfostenstecker. Genau diese Feinripp Kabel haben jede 2. Ader einen Masseanschluss und sind für 100Mhz und mehr IDE-Bustakt ausgelegt.

Dann kannst du mal noch hier posten was für ein Hersteller und Plattentyp das ist. Der Vollständigkeit halber noch den Mutterbrett Hersteller und Typ.
Kann ja sein, dass hier sich ganz speziell Jemand mit genau dieser Hardware auskennt und seine Erfahrungen mitteilen kann.
Beim Hersteller noch ein Werkzeug runterladen mit dem man die Platte richtig gut prüfen kann. Vielleicht läßt sich da auch was reparieren.

erst mal, nein, es ist keine alte Platte. Es ist eine brandneue WD kaviar green 4 tb platte, die ich seit etwa einem Monat habe. Es kann auch einfach nicht sein, dass die Platte kaputt ist..... So viel Pech mit Technik kann man einfach nicht haben (in den letzten zwei Jahren war so ziemlich alles was ich mir an Technik gekauft habe erst mal kaputt).

Jedenfalls hat die Platte einen S ATA Anschluss.

Motherboard weiß ich gerade gar nicht. Wo finde ich das denn raus (möglichst ohne den PC aufzumachen und auseinander zu nehmen)?

Die Platte arbeitet wieder. Ich hab das Kabel gegen ein (älteres) getauscht, was meinem PC ganz und gar nicht gefallen hat. Dann hab ich die Platte ausgebaut und wollte sie über ein externes Gehäuse anschließen, was auch nicht funktioniert hat. Dann hab ich sie erst mal wieder mit dem alten Kabel eingebaut und voila, es scheint zu funktionieren.

Vielleicht kann ja noch mal jemand über die Ausgabe von sartctl -x schauen?
Sie sieht schon mal ganz anders aus. Vielleicht lässt sich da ablesen was sich geändert hat?

OK, mein weiterer Plan: Ich sichere die Daten der ersten Partition (was wohl schon 10 Stunden dauern wird) mache die Partition neu und kopiere die Daten zurück.
Dann mach ich das gleiche mit der zweiten Partition auf der Platte.
Wird das funktionieren, ich meine kann ich auf der Platte erst die erste Partition löschen und neu anlegen und später die zweite, ohne die Daten auf der jeweils anderen Partition zu gefährden und so das Problem mit den Sektorengrenzen lösen? Bitte sagt ja, ich hab nämlich nicht genug Speicher um beide Partitionen auf einmal zu sichern.....

Na das ist ja mal was!!
Prüf erst mal ob jetzt immer noch dev/sdb und /dev/sdf also die Devicebezeichnungen sich dauernd ändern.
Dann auch noch die uuids die ja auch immer die gleiche Bezeichnung haben soll.
In deinem letzten Protokoll mit sudo smartctl -x /dev/sdc1
steht auch noch SMART Extended Comprehensive Error Log Version: 1 (6 sectors) No Errors Logged. Mit den smartctl Werten kenne ich mich aber nicht aus. Aber no errors logged heißt für mich, alles in Butter.

Sieht auch so aus, dass das Dateisystem jetzt auch keinen Versatz der Ausrichtung hat. Waren alles zuvor Falschinfos durch Übertragungsfehler.
Prüfe nochmal mit journalctl auf Errors gegebenfalls hier posten.
Wenn da auch nichts zu sehen ist, dann sollte die Neupartitionierung sich erübrigt haben.
Ein Dateisystemcheck mit fsck -fv /dev/sdc1 und fsck -fv /dev/sdc2 sollten noch gemacht werden.

Falls du dann doch neu partitionieren willst, dann kann mit

cp -a /mnt/mountpunkt/* nach /mnt/backupmountpunkt/

die Erste Partition gesichert werden.
Die 1.Partition löschen und wieder neu anlegen und wieder zurückspeichern. Das Gleiche mit der 2.Partition.
Überlege dir dann auch ob du nicht gleich GPT benutzen willst. siehe wiki. gdisk ist in der Lage aus einer msdos Partitionstabelle eine gpt Partitionstabelle zu machen.

Wie man die Mutterbrett Daten herbekommt?
dmidecode kann das. Das Ding spuckt alles aus was nach Hardware aussieht.

Ok, das wäre ein Argument. Allerdings muß man sagen, du benutzt die Platte als Datenspeicher und nicht als Systemplatte. Von daher ist es eigentlich nicht so wichtig. Dann hat die Platte ein paar 1us längere Zugriffszeit oder wieviel Zeit das ausmacht. Alternative zur Neupartitionierung wäre die 1.Partition etwas kleiner machen und die 2.Partition vorne etwas größer machen. Also die Grenzen jeweils was verschieben. Das könnte man mit gparted machen. Die 1.Partition hinten was verkleinern geht ja sehr schnell. Allerdings die 2.Partition vorne die Startposition verändern ist leider etwas langwierig. Aber was solls. Komisch ist auch, das Partition3 beginnt.... ich dachte da wären nur 2 Partitionen drauf. Grummel.

Wenn du eine msdos Partitionstabelle schon hast und läßt gdisk darüber laufen, dann macht gdisk daraus eine GPT-Partitionstabelle. Da sollte nichts kaputtgehen. Du kannst gdisk solange benutzen und auch die Partitionstabelle ändern, ansehen ohne das wirklich bis dahin eine Änderung an der Platte vorgenommen wird. Erst mit write Befehl wird dann die Partitionstabelle überschrieben.
Beispiel:
Ich sehe meine Partitionstabelle von Laufwerk sdb an:

# gdisk /dev/sdb

Du siehst meine sdb hat eine msdos Partitionstabelle.
Würde ich jetzt unten ein w eingeben, dann würde die MSDOS Partitionstabelle auf GPT umgeschrieben. Die Partitiongrenzen bleiben erhalten. Mit dem Befehl partprobe werden die Festplattentabellen neu eingelesen und der Kernel weiß über die neue GPT-Partitionstabelle bescheid. Alles was in /etc/fstab drin steht wird neu eingelesen und entsprechend gemountet.
