Auf dem Pogo ist immer noch das ursprüngliche Linux installiert, das der Hersteller dort draufgeflasht hat. Das ist nicht Arch Linux. Nachdem du die Anleitung befolgt hast, wird nun jenes VAMP-System gestartet, das sich auf dem USB-Stick befindet. Das ist auch nicht Arch Linux, ich habe mir das Image mal angesehen:

Fedora und der Paket-Manager rpm ist auch installiert.

Ich schätze die Datei musst du anpassen (per Voreinstellung wird hier die IP per dhcp abgefragt), ich müsste jetzt auch in die Fedora-Doku schauen.
