Such dir die Zeile
ExecStart=-/sbin/agetty --noclear -a USER %I 38400
und ändere USER mit deinen Benutzernamen.
Den Standard login service stoppen mit
systemctl disable getty@tty1
Den autologin Service starten:
systemctl enable autologin@tty1
Beim nächsten Neustart startet der Rechner ohne login als USER automatisch durch.
Um xfce auch mit automatisch starten zu lassen machst du eine Datei in /home/USER/.xinitrc

exec startxfce4
fertig.
