pulseaudio sound funktioniert nur wenn pavucontrol offen ist

habe das problem das der sound garnich funktioniert oder sich die lautstärke nicht steuern lässt wenn ich pavucontrol nicht offen hab
und ich muss vorher alle programme schließen die die soundkarte nutzen sonst hab ich im pavucontrol nur eine dummy ausgabe stehen

ich find keine lösung für das problem ...

Das mit der Dummy-Ausgabe kann ein Authentifizierungsproblem sein. Hast du eine Consolekit-Session offen oder bist in der Gruppe audio?

Dass du nur eine einzige Tonquelle hören kannst, kann evtl. daran liegen, dass ein Programm noch Alsa nutzt und Alsa nicht für Pulseaudio konfiguriert ist. Hast du das pulseaudio-alsa-Paket installiert?

Gib uns doch mal ein paar Infos. Alsa? Oss? Soundkarte? Pulse als User oder als System-Service? ls -l /dev/snd? Eventuell relevante Pakete installiert? Is irgendwas vorgefallen, dass möglicherweise als Ursache in Frage kommen könnte? Output von ck-list-sessions? Der ganze Kram wäre nützlich.

was du wegen alsa und oss wissen willst weiß ich nicht ... sry
wegen der soundkarte naja also daran wirds auchnicht liegen ich hab eig nur arch neu installiert weil ich mir ne ssd zugelegt hab und auf der hdd lief alles problemlos ,is mir echt n rätsel ich hab die installation genau gleich gemacht wie vorher auch.
also pulseaudio wird als deamon über die rc.conf getstartet

was sicher helfen wird was ich grad nochmal nachgeschaut hab ist die ausgabe von "fuser -v /dev/snd/*"

wen pavucoltroll offen und firefox auf und steam läuft ist alles super also so:

dann schließe ich pavucontroll und den firefox und öffne den firefox neu dann sieht es so aus:

/dev/snd/controlC1:  lxuser    19897 F.... pulseaudio

wenn ich dann einen stream starte gibt es keinn ton und keine ausgabe bei "fuser -v /dev/snd/*"
wenn ich dann mehrmals den firefox neu starte und einen stream anmach siehsts so aus:
(vllt reichte auch einmal ka war evtl zu ungeduldig)

also würde pulseaudio komplett beendet werden und nur starten wenn pavucontrol offen ist....

Was verspricht man sich davon. Mir konnte bisher niemand zeigen wo und wann er das wirklich brauchte. Also nicht nur weil im wiki steht das es geht und tricky und gefährlich und scheiße ist, sondern weil er es so braucht.

was meinst du genau? allegemein die deamons so zu starten oder pulseaudio so zu starten?

Wahrscheinlich meint er, dass Pulseaudio nicht als Daemon gestartet werden sollte. Nimm den Pulse-Daemon mal aus der Liste. Üblicherweise wird Pulse automatisch mit X mitgestartet, was vollkommen ausreicht, wenn du einen Displaymanager (gdm, kdm, etc.) benutzt.

Kein Problem, sollte nicht böse gemeint sein. Dafür hast du ja dieses mal Sachen mitgeliefert, an die ich überhaupt nicht gedacht hatte. 🙂

Einfach nur, ob du Alsa oder OSS benutzt, aber die Frage ist zugegebenermaßen reichlich dämlich, weil du ja schon geschrieben hast, dass du pulseaudio-alsa installiert hast.

Ach verzeih ich hab verpasst kenntlich zu machen worum es mir genau ging, aber ihr habts ja schon erraten, pulseaudio als Daemon…

jau alles klar habs aus der deamon liste rausgenomm 🙂
und ja ich hab lxdm als displaymanager 🙂
so jetzt brauch ich nur noch ne lsung für das eigendliche problem
