was du wegen alsa und oss wissen willst weiß ich nicht ... sry
wegen der soundkarte naja also daran wirds auchnicht liegen ich hab eig nur arch neu installiert weil ich mir ne ssd zugelegt hab und auf der hdd lief alles problemlos ,is mir echt n rätsel ich hab die installation genau gleich gemacht wie vorher auch.
also pulseaudio wird als deamon über die rc.conf getstartet

was sicher helfen wird was ich grad nochmal nachgeschaut hab ist die ausgabe von "fuser -v /dev/snd/*"
wen pavucoltroll offen und firefox auf und steam läuft ist alles super also so:

dann schließe ich pavucontroll und den firefox und öffne den firefox neu dann sieht es so aus:

wenn ich dann einen stream starte gibt es keinn ton und keine ausgabe bei "fuser -v /dev/snd/*"
wenn ich dann mehrmals den firefox neu starte und einen stream anmach siehsts so aus:
(vllt reichte auch einmal ka war evtl zu ungeduldig)

also würde pulseaudio komplett beendet werden und nur starten wenn pavucontrol offen ist....
