Festplatte wird nur noch readonly gemounted, ATA bus errors???

Hallo,

ich habe heute morgen ganz normal meinen Rechner hochgefahren und bekomme seit dem meine Home-Partition, welche auf einer eigenne Festplatte liegt, nicht mehr richtig gemountet. Die Festplatte ist mit reiserfs formatiert, mit Luks verschlüsselt und läuft in einer lvm. Nach einem reboot ist /home nur read-only, im dmesg kommen Meldungen wie

Habe den Rechner gestern abend ganz normal heruntergefahren.

Heißt das jetzt das meine Platte stirbt oder wie kann ich jetzt handeln?
Habe schon mal ein fsck.reiserfs angestartet.

Um die Festplatte 100% zu testen, würde ich vom Festplattenhersteller ein Tool nehmen.

Die Meldung ata4.00: irq_stat 0x08000000, interface fatal error

Ist die Verbindung Festplatte zum Mutterbrett einwandfrei? --> Wird in der Regel auch von den Festplattentools getestet.
Wie alt ist der Rechner oder besser die Bios Batterie? --> ca.5 Jahre? Könnte die bioseinstellung nicht korrekt sein?
Falls dem so wäre, im Handbuch der Mutterplatte nachsehen, Bioseinstellung auf default und wieder anpassen.

Das ist jetzt erst mal nur sehr grob um weitere Tests zu machen.

nein das hat nicht mit dem Bios zu tun, egal welche Einstellungen er da vornimmt.

Es ist entweder die Platte, das Kabel oder der Controller auf dem Board.

Wobei ich auf die ersten beiden Sachen tippe, fast sogar sagen würde: es ist das Kabel. Wechsel das mal. Satakabel sind sehr sehr anfaellig.

@Greg: Das Dingen heist: Motherboard! Nicht Mutterbrett oder Mutterplatte oder Papilatschen oder was weiß ich. Nennst das Bios ja auch nich GEAU == GrundEingangAusgangUmgebung. Danke 🙂

Hallo,

Fragt mich nicht was nun ist. Ich war ja vorhin als Root eingeloggt, /root liegt auf der Systemplatte.
Jedenfalls habe ich mal die Hitachi Disk Health Tools installiert und einen Quick Test gemacht, der natürlich positiv verlief.

Dann habe ich alles mal abgebaut, aufgeschraubt, Rechner ausgesaugt und die anschlüsse kontrolliert,die natürlich genauso waren wie die ganze letzte Zeit, wo der Rechner lief. Neu gestartet - geht.

Also kann das wirklich am Kabel liegen, dass da vielleicht ein Wackelkontrakt oder sowas drin ist? Und das einfach so, ohne das der Rechner auch nur ansatzweise bewegt wurde? Der Rechner ist 2 Jahre alt, BIOS Einstellungen waren soweit alle ok.

Komisch komisch. Ich bekomme nur bei diesen "ATA bus error" Meldungen echt Panik, weil mein alter Rechner sowas ständig hatte und dieser mir unter allen Linux-Distros - mit Ausnahme von Debian 5 - ständig mit Kernel Panics eingefrohren ist. Mit dem Problem konnte mir niemand helfen, warscheinlich lag es am Billig-Mainboard.

Egal. Erstmal läuft die Karre ja wieder. Falls ich wieder Probleme habe mache ich mal nen Advanced Disk Scan mit den Hitachi-Tools oder probier ein anderes Kabel oder sowas.

problem hab ich hier auch zu haufe, hab hier ~10 Sataplatten am laufen und wechsel so 1 x im Monat min. 1-2 Kabel.

Sata-Kabel sind einfach rotzte!
