Nein, das vorangegangene /tmp/aurget ist nicht das Problem. Selbst wenn ich das Verzeichnis lösche sind beim nächsten Versuch wieder genau die selben Pfade vorhanden und das Problem das gleiche.

Der Fehler tritt auch auf wenn ich das Arbeitsverzeichnis ändere, bspw. in meinen Home-Ordner lege.
Das Problem hab ich übrigends nicht nur mit aurget, sondern auch wenn ich den Tarball aus dem Aur lade, entpacke und in diesem Verzeichnis makepkg ausführe.
