ich weis, dass dieses Thema hier schon oft besprochen wurden, nur leider helfen die Lösungen entweder nicht oder sind schon veraltet, daher muss ich es nochmal ansprechen.
Ich habe eine Reihe von 1080p Video, die ich entweder über den SMplayer oder VLC abspielen lasse (.mov Format). Diese Videos ruckeln bei meinem arch System, wobei der Sound noch einwandfrei läuft, nur das Bild stockt die ganze Zeit. Ich weis, dass ich mit meinem Notebook mit einer GeForce Go 7600 und einem Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 mit 2.0Ghz nicht unbeding die Beste Hardware für derallei Videos habe.
Tatsache ist jedoch, dass sich die Videos unter Vista und anderen Linux Systemen (z.B. sidux) ohne Probleme abspielen lassen, nur bei arch klappt es nicht.
Als einzigster Unterschied fällt mir jetzt nur die Architektur ein, sidux und Vista laufen mit 32bit System, arch mit 64bit. Aber ich glaube nicht, dass es daran liegt. Daher meine Frage, woran liegt das und wie kann ich es ändern?
Mein Treiber ist von nVidia, meine .xorg sieht so aus:
